An "authorized agent" means a natural person, or a business entity registered with the Secretary of State that you have authorized to act on your behalf, conditioned you have:

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
In the twelve months before the effective date of this Privacy Notice, we have not sold any Personal Information of Clients, as per the definition of the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws.
After receiving your opt-in consent, we may disclose Personal Information collected via cookies for cross-contextual behavioral advertising purposes, which may qualify as sharing your Personal Information under the CCPA/CPRA.
