Katie has been part of Lincoln Industries since birth, working in various roles and supporting different functions of the business. She has been active in the Branded Products business and is excited to see Lincoln Chrome grow. Her motto is “you can never have enough chrome.”
Josh Paisley, Account Manager
Josh has been with Lincoln Chrome since the day the business launched. He is responsible for day-to day-business operations and manages the customer service team. Josh has established himself as a partner to our customers and the driver community. He has attended countless events in the trucking industry and is a technical leader in chrome products.

Wyhett Anglin, Account Representative
Handle: Why Man
Wyhett joined the Lincoln Chrome team after several years with our parent company, Lincoln Industries. His experience as a team lead on the plating line make him a great asset in anything chrome. Wyhett says, “I love going to the shows and talking to our customers and the truckers face to face. There is something to be said about putting a face to the voice on the phone.”
Celia Tharnish, Customer Service Representative
Celia joined the Lincoln Chrome team in 2013. She is focused on providing the best possible customer service for Lincoln Chrome and assists in various functions of daily operations. Prior to this role, Celia served her country in the United States Navy as a second class petty officer, engineman on board the USS Pearl Harbor.
Kendall Witt, Account Representative
Kendall joined Lincoln Industries as a marketing intern in August of 2013. He was quickly recruited to join the team and officially made the jump in March of 2014. With a background in business development, Kendall is responsible for building impactful relationships and providing exceptional service to our many partners in the aftermarket industry.

Shane Struckman, Product Design Engineering Supervisor
Shane has led the product design efforts for Lincoln Chrome since joining the team in 2012. With over ten years of experience in product development, his focus is to quickly transform back of the napkin ideas and sketches into innovative new products that solve our customer’s challenges.
Max Wheeler, Development Engineer
Max started developing new products for Lincoln Chrome as an intern in 2012. After graduating, he joined the team full time. Max supports the engineering and design of our current products as well as new and upcoming designs. If you’ve got a technical problem, he’ll solve it. Check out our catalog for some of his designs.
The Warehouse Team
Mark Mulherin, Aftermarket Warehouse Specialist
Handle: Eagle Eye
Mark has been with Lincoln Industries for 5 years. When Lincoln Chrome opened its new warehouse Mark joined the Lincoln Chrome team as a material handler. Mark takes great pride in every Lincoln Chrome shipment he makes and his attention to detail insures the business’s ongoing commitment to quality and customer service.
Jason Lockwood, Aftermarket Warehouse Specialist
Jason joined Lincoln Industries in the summer of 2007 as a Polisher. He helped set the standard in Polishing for our products to follow. In total Jason spent 6 yrs. in polishing and 2 yrs. in shipping and receiving which has helped him build his knowledge and passion for Lincoln Chrome and our products. He made the transition to Lincoln chrome in May 2015 to work in the warehouse and helps takes part in day to day operations, as well as takes care of odds and ends as they come up.
Mike Wadkins, Aftermarket Warehouse Specialist
Mike joined the Lincoln Chrome team in March 2015. He has spent the past 8 years with Lincoln Industries as a team lead. His background includes a career in warehousing, truck driver skills and customer service. Mike has his CDL and loves trucks and truck driving, as well as riding his Harley.
